    HMMWV magnesium run flats

You asked and you received. Nothing wrong with any of the responses.

HMMWV's for sale, no longer maybe, it happened

I see this thread getting locked like the other one, not because of them coming up for sale. No, you guys are going to start with trying to skirt the rules when you take possession of one. Please refrain from discussing what's legal and what isn't or why I can't do whatever the he11 I want...

    Wondering that myself.

    HMMWV magnesium run flats

Like my buddy says, they are worth a good time at a bon fire. Something that big you will want to be wearing a welding helmet to watch though.

    LDS427 Multifuel

Wait, you mean I have a manual starter sitting in my vise on my work bench? I should have walked out there last night. :-)

what fuels can a cucv handle

This is just my opinion but if I had a CUCV I would run diesel in it just like it was designed to run on. Not WMO/WVO/ATF/Panther Piss or any other liquid you can think of. I did say it was my opinion right? I don't run anything in my Deuce or M813 except a few additives for lubrication and...

How to make HMMWV street legal.

With respect to my other moderator team I'm closing this. I mean it isn't like anyone could read a thread like this and see people discussing how to get around the guidelines set forth by the DLA. We haven't even had the first sale yet and some people are trying to give them an excuse to pull...

Well, I've got the fever again!!!!!!

Do what the guys from Texas did. Fly into Dayton and take a cab to my place, buy a truck and drive it home. Works for me. ;-)

    New aridzona transplant

Amazing how a simple warning after getting a reminder in a thread could cause so much grief. A lot of times when members get warnings they realize they made a mistake and contact the mod who gave it to them. The ones who don't cop an attitude get their warnings reversed. You did say two years...

    Finally recovered my 10 ton...

I figured we had missed the chain gang working along the tracks cutting weeds and doing upkeep for "the man".

    Road trip to Ringgold Ga.

Geez, you guys trying to turn a 400 mile road trip into a 12,000 mile one or what? So long as I get my Berundi flag I'm good. ;-)

HMMWV's for sale, no longer maybe, it happened

Everyone is getting more excited about the sales but can we stop posting speculation about can and can't be done with them after the sale. It would be more fun to guess the final prices because when my wife saw theem she wanted me to buy one...... :-( I'll start, since I'm a realist by nature...

HMMWV's for sale, no longer maybe, it happened

The reason the threads were closed were because they always crater into one big BS and crap fest. (Not You Dell.) Until we have people taking possession of them it still hasn't happened yet (I'm hoping it does) and even Drew's post is just hearsay second hand. THAT is the reason for keeping...

    Road trip to Ringgold Ga.

I blame Wreckerman for bringing up cookies.

    Road trip to Ringgold Ga.

Cinnamon rolls not equal sticky buns The recipe is almost identical Ray except that you bake the rolls with the covering in the bottom of the pan and then flip them out upside down when they are done. Since this is his thread I wonder if Gimpy is still going to Ringgold? :-) Maybe Doghead...
