0109-0245 07A613BC1-0013 - Relay, DC. Coil: 24-26.5VDC 300 Ohm.
tried it, didnt work. Kinna figured it wouldn't. Had to re-pin the conector. the first vehical i did was a 85 cutlass (442 gauge swap) and that one i even had to add wires to. since then i just try to find the wire harnesses and change them out. Either way its a pita.
P.S. there are a LOT more...
lol, that was my "shear pin test" LOL (its ok i got 3 extras)........man thats messed up, i have more spare winches than spare shear pins, hmm i think i found the problem
so guys, what i am understanding is once the shear pin is replaced with something stronger the 1/2 line is the weak point and the winch is underrated???????? i dont think so..........
Sorry to pee on the party but it is NOT plug and play with the O.E. clusters. the pin out is different. (ask me how i know) if it was this easy everyone who isnt a purist would have gauges.......
Its not the shear pin that is the problem, that can be easily upgraded. Do it at %150 and see what happens, or i can put a pick on here so you dont have to spend $500 plus to find out for yourself. The brass gear is the week point and WILL blow the housing apart.
imo, the winch is rather pathetic for what it is on. had one come apart, after seeing what its made of i think it could have been better. I do understand tech was limited then though.
there is a real nice genset trailer, no genset, for sale on 27 just nort of dewitt. It would be perfect for your aplication! I dont know where you are in MI but i could get pics for you.
I think most ppl use the springs off of the 105's for bobbers so that might axe the idea.
I am assuming you have a 1009.......so the answer is a capital NO ! the short wheel base and light weight are just 2 of the safety factors in this equation
