Engines where mainly metric and the rest of the truck was for the most part sae. Personaly the metric seems to have better holding/clamping capabilities. (aparently so did the guy that designed the B-series cummins and they did something right)

i am going Fri to save as much as i can from a coulpe of m35's going to the scrap. They are both hard tops and i am going to get both bodies. What are the best places to lift from??? I am thinking i should romove the front clips to make it easier. Any advice?
dont forget the brace on the back of the starter, make shure its there and check it for cracks. Just last week had to extract a broken starter bolt in a civi 6.5 (failed due to a cracked brace) customer tryed to remove the bolt and broke the "easy out" off in it .......fun fun.
