No Loco pistons, those engines have gone the way of the Dodo. We don't see them any more. Wanna see an injector? I checked at Saturn for the scoop, none listed. I'll try AVT and see if Norm has some. That would be great if you could get the dimensions, Thanks!
The valve is from a Waukesha, an exh . valve. The bearing is from a Cummins L model, HUGE locomotive engine..well smaller than an EMD or Fairbanks Morse..but big, It's a rod brg. Can you scetch some measurements? I can most likely make it.
RE: Re: RE: Battery Woes
See if you can find a local battery place. The one by me is Liberty Battery. They have a contract with all the local NG, Army, Navy etc. depot to supply batteries. meaning, they P/U old batteries and supply new ones. The guy there savs 90% of the batteries discarded by...
Anyone know if if just the clip is available for the u-joint at the t-case output for the front driveshaft? My joint is in great condition, but the clip isn't there.

$3200.00 Doesn't seem bad. Does it have a winch? Soft or hard top? Air shift, title..that's half the battle now..good brakes. Only the noise would bother me. See if they'll let you have a mechanic look at it, or maybe see if someone from here could go with you to look at it again. Sounds reasonable.
I have a 120 PSI gauge. On the 1st oil change I used Chevron Delo400, 30 wt. The O/P was at 85 PSI cold, didn't believe the dash gauge, so I installed a quick disconnect fitting at the oil filter hsg. After it warmed up, hot idle pressure was 50 PSI, going down the road it was 60-65 PSI. Last...
Well, it doesn't look bad with the OD cab canvas, I'm trying to imagine what it would look like with the tan. Since it's painted in the same colors as it was when it was still in service with the Army, maybe I should keep the OD stuff? The troop seats were added by me. They are either earth...
