On my RR tandem I had to grind out the mounting and pivot holes just a bit to get it all to work right. Holes and slots just to much paint or metal by less than .015" but it matters. After that I always tested them before re-landing the drum.

Which flavor Seafoam? What is Seafoam made of? What is your specific fuel consumption at load? 170 gallons a week? Seafoam is 3 part fluid. You are not having a problem with the fuel but it seems the fuel is lacking is lubricity or cleaning ability, is that the question? How about a quart of...

Please send a picture. The three that I installed (in a 69 fuel tank) sort of hooked right up. Some persuasion to disconnect the connector from old pump and a bit of persuading to attach the truck wire connector to the new pump. Worked OK, no problems. Photos?

I hate buying batteries. Some have not battery problems because every wire terminal + and - was refurbished up to new specs. Take it all apart and fix it as good as can be then watch the system work properly without cooking off one or the other. Whatever you can do to make the little electrons...
