    Also check the 2 rectangular potentiometers on the VR board. I've seen them get messed up where they loose continuity internally and it can cause the voltage to go high. Sometimes just turning the adjustment screw back a forth a little bit will fix it.

(upper left corner of your 4th pic.) an easy way to test it is to detach the 2 AC in wires on the left side of the transducer and attach a line cord in their place.
