If you are coming down from northern KY or from Ohio from I75 to I71 south this is a NASCAR weekend at Sparta, KY that may cause some traffic problems due to the racing fans this weekend. Gimpy wanted me to tell everyone just in case.
You could drain the transfer case, fill it with diesel and drive it 50 miles, drain the diesel, fill with the proper oil and try it again.

You might be able to get tanks filled through your local fire department.
Most pressure (if not all) require visual and hydrostatic testing at certain intervals. SCUBA tanks are 1yr on vis and 5 yr on hydro.
Checking current traffic the worst area will be for people coming down from north east (Ohio and northern KY).
It doesn't look bad coming in from I64 (from I75) or up from the south on I65. Like Josh says, the construction is close to downtown and well away from the action.
