believe it or not - when you are wrenching on a CLEAN stud - have someone smack the lug with a small sledge for impact - have to use these on semi trailer lugs all the time under a 1 inch impact with 125 lb of air behind it.

I have them in the bottom channel which is open at the back on the 109.
I will drill the crossmembers and install rubber grommets and run the 2 wire harness into to keep it from rubs and falling.

It is a monsoon out once again here in Ga - suppose to stop tomorrow afternoon. Will get down and take pics of the LED foglights on the upper rack installed. I am trying to get the LED marker lights (24v) wired in to both units this weekend as well as #1 LED foglight array.

Lonesome - those are great lights - under safety in the forum I posted the Trucklite part numbers.
I have the LED foglights (4of them) on #1 truck at this time and should have them wired end by end of the week (dark when I get home now). The foglights lense looks just as intimidating.
