We did get it on a standard equipment trailer. It was very tight between the wheelwells but it did go on the trailer and pull well. If it would have been 1/2" narrower it would not have fit.[thumbzup]
You can not make a M275 without shortening the frame. All the "tractor" parts are the same as a M48 with the exception of the walkway piece where the fenders are attached. The M275 fuel tanks are not easy to find but I have 3 NOS ones sitting here in crates. You have to move the air tanks only...
The "switch" is another air shift switch. You add a tube from the T fitting just behind the transfer case switch. That line goes to the rear attach point of the fording switch's T fitting. Then there is a 2nd line from the other attach point on the fording T fitting that goes to the regulator...
