I have to commend you for posting that you made a mistake. IT happens. I can't imagine what it took to break a stud though.... :-)

    M923 vs M813

I like my M813 and have driven the M939 series trucks. For my kind of driving either one works just fine. I don't haul anything except tools and I don't get crazy off-road.

Wheel Lug Nuts & Studs and Anti-Seize

Interesting. I don't have a Pocket Ref Book but I found this reference to it. Can someone tell if it is correct? If so that is a heck of a difference between dry and wet. Excerpt: Torque values from wet to dry very greatly. From Thomas Glovers "Pocket Ref" reference manual. 5/16" bolt -...

Official 2013 SS Georgia Rally Info SSGR13 thread

I am bummed out this summer. I have run over two snakes mowing and someone got one of my black snakes out on the road. My steel scrapper said he saw my big black snake out by Gimpy's trailer project but he left it alone. I caught him and put him back there. :-) Reduced the mice.

    Neutral tow????

When I said we caged the brakes on the 915 I had read the -10 and we still called Doghead since we were on I70 near Springfield with a brake dragging. It didn't help because the military had adjusted the brakes so far even caging didn't help. IT happens even with the manual but things go...

    Neutral tow????

As Ron said, read the TM. We caged a 915 last year. Easy and the bolt was right there in its holder on the air pot.

How do YOU stow your medium tow bar?

It has been said it is never a good idea to add more weight to the front of a Deuce. I like the idea of putting under the bumper but it doesn't need to extra poundage. WO/W trucks would work though. All that aside I put mine in the bed and let it ride. No pics but if you close your eyes and...
