Thank you to all that came out. It seemed like we had more trucks than bikes............even though it was raining early in the day it...
I don't think the point of telling the manufacturer that it failed is get a free new one. It should be that "hey, I had one fail doing this and I'm sending it to you for a root cause analysis". That might prevent something bad happening in the future.
My first thought is the safety of others...
If the provider is big enough and VM is placed in the correct environment, the server (the virtual one) will almost never fail.
That's one thing I like about our VM environment, if the host (actual hardware server) dies our virtual servers get moved to another running host instantly, even all...
Did you read all of the stickys at the top of the CUCV forum you posted in?
There is more information on the CUCVs than any other truck/vehicle on the site.

Wow! Good thing the batteries are always dead and people are prepared. NOT. The batteries aren't always dead and sometimes they may even be relatively new.
As for the rest the best thing you can do ahead of time...
If the amperage is okay on the one at Radio Shack it should work.

I have no doubt a 5.9 will do it. I saw them turn one up with propane and nitrous on TV to off the 1,200ft/lb scale in torque.
But we are not talking about a 5.9. I'm just curious.
More power would be nice but what is the longevity going to be? I'm not saying the engine will grenade quicker but just how long will it last turned up that high?
Another bump for next week.
Unfortunately Miss Ohio is in Atlantic City for this one since Miss America moved back there this year.
Oh well, I'll wear a Speedo if you think it will help. It should since TTYF gets a cut of beer sales and no one would want to see me that way unless they were drunk.
That's sort of what I thought after I posted and I guess I could have deleted it but.......
;-)
(Yes, I still have scabs on my left arm from the little b@stards and yes, they are still out there.)
