    They noticed that when I registered something, I just don't remember what. I THINK they may accept that you paid it and not charge you again and assume they got the money on the back end but I don't remember. I do remember that they noticed because the lady pointed it out to a co-worker. (Ohio)

    Exactly But if you were in Ohio you just go to a certified scale and get a weight ticket and take it to the DMV and get it registered. No title for a 101 or 105.

    Could you use a hose kit to get to the shaft? You can buy a grease fitting tool at a shop to blowout thee shackle fittings.
