Also remember that those ratings are based on a FULLY LOADED tire. Running empty trucks around wouldn’t even come close to maxing out a tire.

ANYTHING you send them surface mail-make sure it is sent registered or other proof of delivery method (I.e. FedEx etc) and follow up to customer service with an email and tracking info. They have a “habit” of claiming it was never received or some other milarcky. Good luck with your truck!

But you’re not SUPPOSED to pin the cab especially when off road. That is for shipping only. It should only be stowed not pinned to keep the air bags from working.

Ok. I was hoping you weren’t pinning the air bags down. So it’s only in the stowed position you are having the problem?

How did you pay? If by CC you have some protection. But Marty I would start at the supervisor level at corporate. You should have records of the calls and texts to back up your claim. Also some of those notifications are system generated, but a call to the right person could certainly help...

What cotter pin? Do you have a pic?

Well I now have one of these AccuTemp units and it did not have the batteries or the cage/harness for them. When I connect the 110 cord nothing powers up. Do the batteries at least have to be plugged in to power up? No lights on the controller or anything when I plug it in. Any thoughts ?
