We've been putting together some electronics to be able to remote control several functions that the vehicle has. It's pretty neat if I say so myself 8-)
But for now, here's the four point restraints we've installed on all eight seats. One of the ammo cans to the right holds the heart of the...
The 24 volt remote controlled GoLight is #20494-24V and the mount is something we designed and fabricated. I know it's a direct bolt on for the civy H1.
Thank you. It's all military slantback parts and for the most part it bolts right on. Although some holes had to be drilled, the civilian H1 is a basically a military H1 with better creature comforts.
We just finished the conversion from a 2002 civilian wagon (HMCS) to this military slantback "hybrid". I still need to complete a few more small details, but this is pretty much the gist of it. There's lots of custom fabrications that you won't find commercially available. Also plenty of...
Thank you:-DThat is a very tough question...if you add up all the time spent on the computer and all the time in the shop that it took to make this happen, labor alone would be a pretty major expense. On this project, we had simply taken the time to include a lot of attention to detail in an...
Like patracy, all my experiences with LEOs have been positive...of course there will always be one that reminds us of Percy from the Green Mile:twisted:
Transfer case rebuilding time for a LAV150. From what I can gather, the last folks to be in this thing was at the Red River Depot and if that's true, maybe they should just stick to paint and decals :???:
Thank you. I thought I'd add a youtube link to the video as well. I tried to edit the first post but didn't see any option to do it...

The Resurrection video was another one of our projects too. The M114 ARV didn't field too well for any number of reasons, depending on who you ask. Less than 3500 were ever built and were all phased out of inventory by the early 80's. The good news is that a few handfuls made it to civy hands...
Looking great! We're working on a breaching ram that attaches without welding and doesn't obstruct the driver's visibility. Most of the ones (well all of the ones ) I've seen are not properly designed, placed or attached. Anyway I will post pictures once we have something to show.
Does anybody know if there is a yoke similar to this used on a military truck? I'm working on a LAV150 and need to replace this stripped out flanged yoke on the output of an Allison MT643 and haven't had very much luck finding it. An Allison dealer said the part is a Rockwell number NECH...
