I was going to recommend these & warn of tipping as well. If you're looking for something to just move around your yard & take short trips with. Harbor Freight Tools always has 20% off coupons. Even at it's new cost, it would work well. Harbor Freight Tools also sells a hand trailer dolly thing...
I saw that. The cap I have is new. I have no idea why but it just wouldn't seal. Hopefully the plug does the trick. Not as convenient as a regular cap but it is what it is!
Tinkered a bit today. Taking the trailer to have an adjustable channel put up front so the trailer can ride level.
Replaced the constantly leaking cap on the coolant overflow with a plug.
Found a sturdy place for some extra oil, coolant, & rags.
Found some more stuff that I need to fix today. :/
Auxiliary fuel pump is no good. Tested as the TM says too. Nothing. Checked the float switch, pump switch & relay... good to go.
Found the connector loose for the low fuel shut off. Pushed it together & got a low fuel light! Put some fuel in &...
Did the load test at 100% today for 6 hours non-stop. Went without issue. Didn't have a smooth idle after taking the load off but it is what it is. Still need to get the fuel gauge going!

Rest of the stuff I needed for the fan came in today. Wired it up & plan to test it tomorrow. Thank you everyone for the help!
If time permits this weekend, I am going to do an extended load test on it to see if any issues come up. Maybe 5 hours or so at 100%.
Always nice to just use the equipment instead of just working on it.
I found a very cheap alternative for the fuel filters in these units. Search R12T on eBay. I got one with a complete bowl for $16.
I changed the oil & loosened the fuel injection pumps again. Made sure they were clean under the shims & what not. Torqued them back up. Ran for a little while & did see oil come back out but I'll need to run it under load for a long while to see if it really did the trick.
Got an expandable...
That was my first thought & a good idea but with how I use my trailer, I didn't think it would be the best option.
A lot of the miles I drive with it a true off-road. Lots of mud, rocks, & tall brush. I was worried even if it's secured well that a twig or something would grab it & rip it off...
I haven't dug in deep looking, but I found a place to get a custom made tarp. Was thinking of just going the route.
EDIT: I am going to have these covers available from now on.
Mounted the grounding stud that I ordered & ran a wire from the ground on the output cabinet to it.
Last thing I want to do is get a fitted tarp for storage.
LED bulb came in today & it works! It also works in my 802A. Here is a link in case anyone else needs one. They have multiple colors.

Now, for all the fan parts to come in so I...
Thank you! I found the fan cord & have ordered it.
I'm going to use my shop supplies to do the rest. I actually may have the needed connector in my bin but if not, I have something else suitable.
