It shows your batteries are at about 60% state of charge, and the alternator is working. The load into the batteries is more than the alternator makes at idle. Put a battery charger on each battery overnight to see if you can bring the charge level up.

This is exactly how we did it.

We rebuilt an LDT-465 and had the injection pump timing 180 off. We did not use ether, but it would not start or run at all. Just FYI. Had to pull front cover to fix.
