You limitation will be the 1009 not the trailer if you are going any where with hills. I have had a full cord on my 101 and it was back in the woods and had to rescue the trailer with the tractor. The 1009 did not want to pull the logging roads with a full load

Okay worked on the door panels today. They were mesed up by the previous owner with the wrong paint etc. I had to soak them in brakefluid to remove the paint. I wet sanded with 600 grit and then washed good. Steps below:
1.) Apply Brake Fluid
2.) Scrape scrub and more brake fluid

LMC Truck, get new rockers, floor panels and go to town. Replacing all that metal is a bit of challenge but any body shop or resto guy can do if you feel it might be a bit over the top. It would be over the top for me.
