    Earlier deuces have a single circuit brake system, the last m35a2s made for the air force had dual circuit brakes. Some have the exhaust stack cut flat at the top with a flapper which is what Nationwide 63s is referencing.

    A couple weeks back I got a Tahoe for parts for the CUCV II; pulled the rear axle and springs and some motor parts and then hauled it to the scrapyard with the m1028. The gross weight was 15,100 lbs.

    Replaced the pitman arm and the idler arm on the CUCV II today, had to pull the steering box to get the puller on the pitman arm:neutral:.

    The lunette area doesn't look cut to me, you will need the casting for it though. The hubs do not look stock, perhaps the axle was swapped.

    On the m1028 I installed a Curt 14082 trailer hitch along with a 7 blade plug and a brake controller. I also added the dash bracket. Washed the CUCV II before the trip to the Gilbert show tomorrow.
