You can force the fan on. Put the locking bolts in, and see what happens. If that cools you back down, then you have it narrowed down. Interesting though that the oil and tranny temps are not rising with the coolant. Are you driving the truck to get it hot, or is it running up static...
I gotta tell you Kenny, having the bed sides even with the rear dual width will look so much more "professional" than wheel flares after the fact. Or is it wider than the duals? Its hard to tell from that one pic. Def a great project!
The bolt indicates that someone caged that brake can. For some reason. Need to uncage it (take the bolt out) and see if it is operating properly. With only one you will probably find that can has got a problem.
Howard I just put it in GPS and go. No problems. But I do recall quite a lot of non hi way road so that is probably what you described. Wish I was able to go...........
The PCB and ABS both ground at the PCB mounting studs. Take all four out, and clean all surfaces especially of PAINT. A floating ground there will cause all kinds of problems. I have found two out of three had paint still on the spacers of the studs which caused bad grounds.
