The fan is loud if it stays engaged at low speed. I never hear mine come on at hwy speed or feel any loss of power. Welcome to the club to both of you it's good club to be in. Just a tad under armor club lol.

I have 2 M923A2s they are both reliable they start instantly have no issues with them. They go where I ask them to. I would buy 10 more if I could afford it.

Yes I've bought several Ctis parts but not to keep repairing. I bought a truck that had a lot of parts removed so had to replace where they were removed. Now it's a working system.

Ctis is the great when I have to go through my yard and I air down it barely makes a mark. I go through with full tire pressure and the yard looks like it's been plowed. The Ctis will not leave you stranded if a problem arises take hose off wheel and install valve core. You can put a warn 18K on front of or rear of M923A2. They are not that scary to work on. Read some TMs and ask ? Of the 5 ton guys

No I've never seen the voltage spike whether I shut down right or wrong.

I have done it a couple of times and turned battery switch off first. Or left battery switch on for a week. Never has been a problem

I think you have a bad main ground. Here's my reason. I put a battery cutout switch on a truck and killed the main ground wire to battery. Every time I forget to turn that cut off on and turn trucks main power switch on dash it will pop and blow the fuse on my radio. Check some grounds

It should be fine you don't have to wait paint it after you prime it

I painted my frame and everything else under truck with semi green. It should work just clean the grease off really well.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with Ctis you just need to know how to work on it. I have 2 A2s and it works perfectly. Had to totally put one system back on because parts were robbed. My buddy has also got 2 A2s and his works. It is great tool to have when off road and in the deep.
