Also if a tire is way lower than all the rest it should fault.
I have to hit run flat on mine some times and it will bring it up then go to flashing hwy then to solid.
I have not had to use a puller on any pinion seal.
Pull nut and rear facing one slides right off
Front one slid right out then carefully pry that cover with all those feeler like shims off then the seal is in that cover put seal in put shims back with a thin coat of rtv bolt everything...
So you're getting power to horn when horn button pushed.
Have you checked horn solenoid for continuity.
Have you checked horn ground
There is circuit breaker on this circuit.
Sounds just like a truck we recovered.
The pulley was never installed right and keyway was shot along with the pulley.
You at very least will need a new key and pulley
Also check valves on tanks to see if they are open.
You never know a tree branch could have close it.
Very remote but I like to look at all possible causes
