They accept it when it is paid somewhere else when there is agreed reciprocity. It's not illegal. It's just an agreement between two entities. I bought a truck in Indiana and paid Indiana taxes. In NY taxes were 1 1/2 % higher so I had to pay the difference. Then they go to Indiana and recover...
The problem with running a truck in "judgement zone" territory like this is, you will never know when the design limit is reached until its too late. Think of it like stretching out one of those little springs in a click-pen. Pull a little further each time and it springs back, then all of a...
If you use the power to try and do burnouts with the truck from a standstill, it won't last long. IF you use the power for smooth acceleration and power for pulling hills and cruising, it will just be a much more responsive vehicle and last just fine. I LOVE the way my truck drives nice, but I...

If your PPV is stuck, you are not getting accesory air. Your gauges are only for the primary and secondary braking systems. Need to free that up first before CTIS will see anything.
Welcome aboard, since you stated you don't know anything about them, myself and many others will advise you to download the Tech Manuals (TMs) and become intimately familiar with especially the operator manual. You will love the truck I am sure.
