That looks like areound 150-160 WB, Duece dropside bed would be probably perfect length at 12'. 923 @14' would be too long w/out cutting it.

No mod at all to the 14 ft bed except removing the sides. This was originally a 178" WB truck so that might impact the project for someone else. The buses do it with special lights with an extra wire and a 2 filament socket/bulb (for non-LED). Not hard, but def different from the common lights on these trucks. They are readily available from Trucklite and Dialite in 12 and 24 v versions.
