You thought about it and since the bed is already built it shouldn't be a big deal.
I'm thinking that a little common sense is all that needs to be applied.

Like @coachgeo suggested, you might get more viability in the FMTV forum. Maybe you want to create a brand new thread there to chronicle your progress. As you go along - but before you get too far along, you need to consider the "Departure Angle" on your box. Looking...

Just don't be disappointed when the NCDMV sends you a letter demanding that they plan to inspect your vehicle. As much as a year after you got a tag. If you ignore their letter, they mail the original title (from who your bought it from). Then you have to go through their inspection process...

Are we talking about the spot on the passenger side of the radiator where the probe sensor is? About a third of the way down the "engine side" of the radiator maybe? PAOZZ 11862 358375 PROBE ASSEMBLY,TRAN is called out in TM9...

So, I guess I just can't read very well or maybe I am just not understanding what you said. Short sentences for us old guys please :)
I am hearing that the power - the motor - is not functional. Right?

Starter just clicks?
Have you verified battery...

Wow!
Those boot shields are nice and beefy.
Much nicer than the sheetmetal that comes from the factory...
You may want to carefully inspect those front tires.
The sidewalls look pretty cracked in that bottom picture.
If you happen to be running tubes and flaps, you might be "kinda" okay...

It seems interesting that you are having the same "not enough housing" problems there in Germany. I can't figure out if part of that problem is war related - or if it is just growth in general.
Here in Charlotte, North Carolina we are adding about 120 people per day in 2023. A quick...

Looks to me like that might have been a fun project.
Too bad about the storage barn... I have been trying to negotiate one of those for myself, but it seems that a patch of dirt in this neighborhood big enough for a few hundred apartments gets to be "high dollar". Knock down whatever is...
