Do you have the transmission that will be swapped or do you want them to rebuild the tranny? The Allison dealer near me charges $105/hour. A completely overhauled to new transmission will run you in the $7K range.

Have you checked the grounds? The rear tail lights ground to the trailer chassis by means of the bolts that contact the light to the bracket. Make sure the locking washers are making contact with the metal. Also, check your trailer plug. I've had pins that were loose and others that were...

CDUB: I am sure you do not have a locker in the front axle. I've had several former USMC trucks and none have had a locker in the front axle.

Crazy thing is, the M911s used to be darn near unwanted. I was offered a mint M911 AND M747 trailer for $24K no more than five years ago. I decided against buying the tank I was looking at and decided I did not need a trailer that was 144" wide sitting around. I wish I had bought the truck...
