Chris, that looks like a Tillitson Carburetor that H-D used from about 1966 to the early 70s. I haven't seen one of those in years. :-D

Charlie, it's on the rear right-hand side of the engine right above the starter. There is one wire going in to the top of the unit.

Today I replaced the Oil Pressure Sending Unit, with a new 0-120 Unit from Eriks. The picture is the old unit that was starting to get a little Shakey. The only hard part was working outdoors in the cold. My fingers are still burning. 🥶

Charlie, if you choose to rebuild your wheel cylinder get the correct hone and use the NAPA rebuild kit #54. Everything you need is there and it's Made in the USA. Also don't forget the Rear Axle Cork Seal # 713795.
