FINALLY!! found a brake lever supplier with the help of Guyfang.
Their pricey but available. $140 each including spacers. Bolts are not included.
Kratzke Machining & Fabricating Company
Wittenberg, WI

They make two different levers.
One is a single pull and one is a double...
New factory ones are still available online or post your needs in the Parts wanted section.
I’ve bought two (one installed, one for spare) and they both have the fuel pressure sensor location completely removed from factory.
They’ve gone up in price but still worth it.
The spin-on filter...
If your happy with the price then it was worth it.
All surplus military trailers are going up in price.
You paid $300 and will spend way more than that in bringing it back to life, if that is what your plan is.
It’s old but cool.
The glow plugs are inexpensive enough that I would just replace them.
Who knows how long those have been in there.
Most guys use the ACDelco 60Gs
That way you know their all good.
Weather finally permitted some work on trailer.
Installed 4 new shackles. Will
Paint when trailer is painted
Removed brake drums and gave a coat of primer. Will paint later today. No heavy rust or pitting inside drums.
Brakes looked good.
Removed one brake lever and it’s soaking in rust...
A new factory style fuel pump would have been a lot easier to change than create yet another possible fail point with the electric one.
Same with fuel filter.
Much easier to troubleshoot.
Plenty of threads on how to permanently fix that leak from the fuel sensor.
I bought the new...
They still make the copper/brass radiators for these.
Exact fit.
No their not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Do a search for copper/brass radiator and the old thread should come up that has the p/n.
Any good radiator shop can get it.
Please post the part number for your brake cables.
There are several sellers out there that claim their surplus cables will work and end up being too long.
Doable but not correct ones.
Part numbers for the other items you replaced will also help others.
Thanks
