You could always manually override the shutoff(covered in the TMs) to eliminate that as the issue.

I am thinking your alternator regulator is intermittently bad. I'd rebuild it(replace all internals). Swapping them is a good idea too, but I like to rebuild(myself) them anytime a truck is new to me.

Even if your spindles were bent, it will not make the drum/disk "wobble" It has to be your hubs. How much runout is there? Are you using anything to measure with(besides your eye)? With rims bolted on to the hubs, do you have the same "wobble"/runout at the rims?

I have wrapped black electrical tape around my wiper clips(attachement points) to solve that issue.

So, I just did a search for "anco 41-01" and the first picture in the first result looks to be pretty clear that all the "hardware" you need will come with the kit. I merged your thread to this thread. Read the first post for all you should need to know.

Been so long since I did mine, I don't recall what you won't need when done. My truck had wipers and when I bought the Anco kits I had all I needed to complete the task.

Have you serviced your air dryer ever?

The kit comes with a knurled end that attaches to the air wiper motor shaft.

Where all of your GPs ok? 1-3 ohms?

Until you service your dryer, I would expect the problem to persist.

Also, read the -10 level TM.

Never heard of that before. Like the others said, try shifting the T case into high.

Before you install your new relay, test it to confirm it is correct. They look alike and parts guys have been known to take them out of the boxes and get them mixed up. Better safe, than sorry.
