    Best place for lmtv fuses?

You are missing a ton of relays as well. Make sure you get the part numbers right, they are listed on the pdp cover. There are some of those breakers (not fuses) on ebay at the moment, again, get the correct amp rating for where it goes.

Supporting body when installing rear airlift bumper?

The body kinda flops around at the c pillar seam, you might want to jamb a 2x4 between the body and frame to keep the body from dropping, but if it does, a small child can lift it up.

    Old Generator gift

Welcome to the forum. You unit looks WWII to me. I have never seen one like it, but that does not mean much. Back then, any and every mfgr was making generators for the war effort with no standardization. Looks to be 4kW? You might ask over on the "Smokstack" forum, they are good with...

    Replacing the Transmission Selector

I have been down this road. What year is your truck? 97 and before is Wtec 2, 98 and after Wtec 3. The Allison diagnostic manual with the pin outs and ohm values does not seem to be on the 'net anymore, but I saved a copy and will post it here tonight.

Kansas to Toronto- M934, hauling butt and crossing boarders

Yup, the ol' DMV strikes again. Too bad. Tires on your rig are the ones you want. Shipping expandovans is a bit painful, the height requires you to book a "RGN" trailer (removable goose neck) and those drivers like to get 4 bucks a mile. Love the pics.

    HMMWV w/e?

Again not sure, but I believe this does not refer to upgrade equipment, rather the "BII" (basic issue items) such as tools, fire extinguisher, snatch block (winch equipped) etc.

Willys flat top four dead miss on #1

Nope. Could swap any, but you already did, so that rules out the plug itself.

Willys flat top four dead miss on #1

It can happen that a plug will fire outside the hole but not with compression. Make sure you are using copper wire spark plug wires, swap the plugs between 1 and 4 and see if that fixes it. 1&2 share the same intake port, so fuel issues sound unlikely.

What year FMTV to purchase? A0/A1/A1R?

Reliable as a Toyota? Try buying a POS 23 year old Toyota pickup that has spent it's life off road and see how reliable that is. What are you people expecting from 23 year old trucks? They all need plenty of parts replaced in order to be reliable, even if they are low miles.

    Blown 6.2 any suggestions

I'd pull the transmission and take it to a good shop for a bench job. Not looking at a lot of money. Take out transmissions are too big of an unknown.

What year FMTV to purchase? A0/A1/A1R?

Although discontinued, there is still service and support available for the WTEC III.

What year FMTV to purchase? A0/A1/A1R?

Look over the GP past auction results (search M1078, M1083, M1083A1, etc) for what is out there and what is cost at auction. Try to get a '98 or newer with the WTEC 3 transmission. If you want a winch, buy a truck with one on it already.

    m38a1 L head problem.

How much have you driven it since the head gasket? Put 10 miles on it and retorque. Does the radiator level decrease? Bubbles in there? Any chance you spilled coolant into the header pipe when you took the head off? Did you have the white smoke before changing the head gasket?

Kansas to Toronto- M934, hauling butt and crossing boarders

I'm sure you have been told but I will reiterate: Don't leave Kansas with any tires that have cracks. They WILL blow out, especially with the weight and hot temps we have now. Check all of them 360 degrees inboard and out. I'll watch your thread for problems and can provide via-internet...
