michigandon, I think turning Ron's "Hooch" into a Memorial would be a nice way to remember Ron. Get some artificial Roses and paint them OD to leave in respect. A couple months ago I planed to make the GA Rally this Oct., and I'm saddened that I will not have a chance to meet Ron in person.
Rusty, I just unpacked my recently purchased NAPA 45 Wheel Cylinder Kit, and much to my surprise the seals have "Made in USA" embossed on the rubber. None of the other parts are marked.
After much sober deliberation, I'm going to punch the card for bigmikes Indian. I've seen this entrant in person and Mikes attention to detail is first class. The meticulous fit and finish make this Indian Scout look like it just rolled off the assembly line.
Rusty, I just picked up a couple of rebuild kits from NAPA this past summer, and they're marked assembled in USA. I'm going to assume that means Made in USA.:) Now I purchased a complete wheel cylinder from NAPA last summer and they are marked Made in China.:-(
