I do not have any #'s for them, but I believe they were all made in '87. I have seen probably 20-30 over the years, and they have all been 1987's.

Do you leave the master light toggle switch on all the time? In my experience, that was a bad idea... Kills the front battery, if I remember right.

RE: Re: RE: more photos of rear axle Besides the pinion, another quick way to tell is the hub, if you can't see the diff cover. The D70HD has a much longer hub and wheel studs to accomodate the dual wheels and the spacers.

Start looking. On a M1008, if it ain't in low, it's in neutral, so i would lean toward hubs or t-case problem.
