No. Affix your cables to one battery. One to positive, one to negative. Ignore the idea that you are attempting to charge & crank a 24v system. Put 12v into battery one, see if it cranks. If everything is still dead - you may have more than just a low battery problem.

What about a squirt bottle with some soapy water in it...
Good way to figure out exactly where the air is coming from.
Possibly with the truck off and shop air connected to the truck?

The "blow off sound from up front" that you described is a separate issue from the "rear axle driver...

It makes a world of difference in a "factory" cab. Without going out too far on a limb, more is generally better. Folks on YouTube have posted stuff there too and a lot of folks have gone from wearing headphones to actual conversation without screaming at one another.
"Broke Overland" has...

Yes on one truck. Not the other and one has a group of 6 holes drilled in the right side of the cab where a BIG antenna would have been on my truck with the empty comm rack in the back behind the seat.

Silly as it seems - post videos to YouTube or one of the other "streaming platforms" and put a link here.
We don't have the ability to host our own videos. Never bothered to ask why but there are plenty of reasons I guess.

Third picture - base with what looks like a ring of magnets - looks like it could be a non-factory mounting plate for a Convoy Light. Just guessing, but I wouldn't think (maybe I shouldn't?) that an antenna would be mounted that high and on a magnetic base.
I think the DeCon apparatus wasn't...

Out up and away from the cab is good, but a muffler and 4 inch pipe might be a better plan.
You might want to search around for sound deadening. Heavy mats on the floor and the back wall for sure. Firewall insulation is important to hold down the noise. Heavy rubber "stall mat" on top of...

I believe in this green MV truck business - there are "Wants" and there are "Needs" .
In some cases it needs to be one way or the other, but if you have a burning desire to have a five inch stack - it shouldn't hurt your power plant. There will be less backpressure, but without a muffler I...

So the structure is the important part... That way each PDF has a reference forward or back - up and down the directory tree - without getting lost. Pretty neat and the ../ or ..\ depending on how the reader is written.

Being nothing more than a "hack" when it comes to fixing something like that crack - I would get myself a drill bit maybe 1/8th or do and go to the end of every spider looking crack like that - to stop if from tearing any further. Might want to have a larger diameter hole on wider cracks...

Hello CFOtac96 and Welcome to the Steel Soldiers organization!
You have a nice looking truck! I have noticed quite a few members from Virginia. Not sure how close you are to Syria, Virginia but there is a Rally starting September 2nd running through September 6th. Link below if you want...

Well, that's sad. Didn't realize that I was a Click Whore or a Count Whore either. Just trying to say nice things where appropriate - stand up and say no sometimes - and welcome the new folks and generally have fun here. I have been reading more here than ever before and learning new stuff...

Welcome to the outfit! Glad you have managed to find some good information.
There are quite a few really sharp folks here that enjoy offering suggestions too.
