Not a let down. On the other hand, if you have several rubber chocks needing
a new home - they can certainly ride home with me.
Thanks Floridianson. I am looking forward to this!!

In no hurry at all - but absolutely YES. If your guy is willing, a hundred bucks and a tank of gas or something similar, maybe even lunch to top that off...

I would like to know what you find out. Supposedly all it takes is time and effort and skill (Ha!) and can be done by anybody. If you discover a nationwide organization, it might be nice for me to use them as well. I have a new window in the crate. Ready to install. Mine is cracked -...

Wow! That train and cars are just soooo nice!
There could be a problem though.
The steering wheel on that particular model made it extremely difficult to make a hard left turn. :)

You could run all the LED lights you wanted to and several other low amp things, maybe even a small microwave and be really happy at 5kw.
Definitely even as a spare it would be fantastic for most things - except for a hot water heater, stove or dryer for your laundry.

RAPCO is a good bunch of people. I have been using their stuff for about a year and it has done well for me. The color definitely will not match sun faded (color) but it seems to hold up well.

I don't think so unless both of us have that same "lack of observation" skill set. :)
I had been hearing about that thirty foot long drawing for a while.
A search in TM-9-2320-366-20-1 did not find "CB65" anywhere in that drawing.
Who knows, maybe later I will find it with a dash or a space...

Is is possible that the low pressure (suction) hose has a crack in it and is possibly sucking air?
That could make a whining sound...
You could wiggle the hose with a "Soldier B" at the controls to turn the truck OFF while you wiggle the hoses.
It isn't quite like searching for a vacuum leak...
Wow!!!! It really does exist!
In my version of the book it is a few pages further back (Page 1719) but I found it.
Thanks coachgeo ! I really do appreciate it.
Maybe the difference is MTV vs LMTV or my book just has more "fluff" in it than yours.

Nice Trailer!
It is just doing the job. Can't ask for more than that...
I have discovered that a couple of ropes laying on the bed of the trailer that maybe reach to the front of your truck on the ground - and the other end about eight or ten feet hanging out back will make life easier...
.
I keep hearing that there is a 30ft long drawing of the entire electrical system in these S&S trucks. I personally have not ever found that, but I did find a picture of where it is and possibly how to troubleshoot?

Halon is the good stuff. We have about a dozen of them posted around our computer equipment. Still need to disconnect the power to stop the fire - but Halon is the thing to use to extinguish fire in a computer cabinet. It doesn't make the gosh awful white powder mess like the "ABC" dry...

Because it is so "purty" maybe?
Funny, as soon as I logged onto GovPlanet today, that hot green truck was the first thing I saw.
Then I went somewhere to look up an address, and GovPlanet had an ad showing that shocking green truck...
 Need to be wearing sunglasses to look at it :)

The batteries you have are neat. Mine didn't come with any handles.
Had to hustle them where they needed to go - without pinching any fingers...
I agree with you about the true cost of ownership!
Seems that every job on anything green is always different than planned.
Either I find...

Welcome from the other side of the country out here in North Carolina!
There are all kinds of machines available here or pieces and parts that you could make into a Mad Max.
Technical Manuals (TM's) for whatever you might decide to buy for a base are here for download.
Good luck on your...
