Have you checked the oil cooler on the lower right side of the block (passenger side, towards front of block)?

Yes, I’ve had the same issues with aftermarket frames; I’ve had to disassemble and reuse the original hinge portion with the new side/lower frames. Otherwise I had the same problems you ran into.

As others mentioned, use a putty knife to work your way all around the oil pan to break it loose gradually. Check the oil cooler seals as well to make sure no coolant is leaking into it...if you already have it apart, you might as well go through it all to prevent future repeats. Make sure you...

The only real issue you’ll have is fitting the 20-inch wheel over the front drums; the valve stem will interfere with the figment. You’ll either have to grind down the front drums or use a 22.5-inch wide flotation wheel with the valve stem mounted outboard.

Have you run the part numbers (available in the -34P Special Tools & Parts List) through your interwebs search engine? Sometimes when researching part numbers I come across a few European sites that specialize in US MVs, and show parts in stock. Unfortunately I can’t remember what they were as...
