Rebuilding after 15 years of storage

Praying for a speedy recovery! Yes, stuff is getting expensive for us as well. Hopefully, things will subside, and we can get back to "normal," whatever that is to us all, so we can continue our hobbies and friendships inland and overseas.

LSSV Owners, post info and pictures of your truck.

Well, I might just have a lead on this, so if all goes well, I might get that truck if the OG buyer doesn't end up keeping it. I just hate the lift, and going back to stock isn't an option because of it.

I honestly thought the stock setup would work with the 4L80E but that wasn't the case haha. The 4L805E is a wee bit longer.

Sorry, I should have stated my current model is M1009. So indeed this will work if you are using the stock tranny or a 4L80E as my setup is using a 4L80E.

Oh, brother I am using an elcheepo Harbor Fright welder Mig, I think .35 wire. I just wanted to remove the oil canning and made a big mistake and hit the switch to hi and boom big ol hole. Those doors are so perfect! I'm currently working on mine and trying to fix the oil canning issue near the door handles with a MIG welder, but I blew a hole right through it. I'll admit, I’m a rookie. On a positive note, I was able to fix the oil canning, haha!

Is that 4l80e shifter electronic or manual? Or a better question, do you still use the steering column to shift gears?

realize this is an older post, but I wanted to thank you for sharing this information. I'm currently setting up my US Shift Quick 4 and have the same type of TPS. I needed to confirm the pinout and its functionality. Hopefully, no adjustments will be necessary, as I can't think of a reason why...
