they look like the Hutchinson bead lock wheels the border patrol used. I have a set on my 1009. can't buy that wheel anymore to my knowledge. I have been looking for one wheel for my spare. I only have a set of 4

I know it's been a while but.... just bought this 2009 Chevy LSSV, only 42K miles on it. Having an issue starting, wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
I can start it by jumping the starter but turning the key won't engage the starter at all. All lights, dash etc light up. is there a kill switch or any other ideas?

Anyone on here know how many LSSV trucks were produced? Seems to be little info on production numbers.

I purchased 2 - 2004 LSSVs and 2- 1986 M1008s this week. I pick them up tomorrow. Pics to come.

If any one else wants there truck build post the last 8 numbers of the vin and I can run it and give you the options and if there is any recalls on it.

2002 lssv

A few Pictures of my truck. It's a 2002 LSSV 2500HD, Crew Cab, 4X4, 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel with Allison Transmissionwith 33k miles on the clock when i purchased it. I think it is also the last year of the Duramaxes that did not have smog equipment on it. Also it was equipped with the front and rear Warn multi-mount winch setup. If anyone can look at the build options and tell me what goodies it came with I'd appreciate it! Sadly, I am considering parting with it as I have too many pickups. We will see!

This has the gm lb7 duramax common issue is the injectors, with this generation if you need to replace the injectors on the motor, you have to remove the valve covers btw

I was actually bidding on it, but at the last minute, I thought I don’t need another project. And a 4mile road trip.

It probably has very low miles, but that salt water does a number on the undercarriage.

I had to replace the complete brake system on mine.. brakes, calipers, and the steel brake lines due to the salt water.

but I do think somebody might’ve gotten lucky with this win… two new batteries, change all the fluids, a new one piece aluminum driveshaft, and a good cleaning inside and out might be all it needs.

And yes, I kind of regret not bidding more.

Well, I might just have a lead on this, so if all goes well, I might get that truck if the OG buyer doesn't end up keeping it. I just hate the lift, and going back to stock isn't an option because of it.
