Ironicly Hagerty is based in Michigan , but don't like insuring vehicles here , but their rules pretty much follow what Michigan allows for antique or historic plates . Pretty much no home depot or trips to get or dirt .
The funny thing about Vermont out of state registrations when they did them is you weren't legal to drive them in Vermont because of the required inspections Vermont residents were required to get.
I've considered using a spare tire winch off of a deuce to mount the spare under my M149a2 .
It seems one could be used to mount a spare under a M1102 without much work .
