Installed new pulley on my 400amp alternator and still making noise. Is there a greaseable bearing in this or bearing that can be replaced? I have been looking for a 200 amp alternator but no luck under $600.
Finally got time to pull my pulley off and it's not even a clutch pulley for my 400 amp alternator. I'm wondering if this was changed out at a point? Should I replace with same or look for correct clutch pulley?

The only thing I wish was done was the pre mounting of the hinges, but I understand why they don't. Every HMMWV isn't exactly the same body wise. Just make sure you get some good big C clamps with rubber pads and align and align again!
My M1151 has a wobbly clutch pully and its making horrible noise. I see a bearing listed for the 200amp alternator, but was wondering if the same bearing can be replaced on the 400amp alternator. Looking for a replacement the cheapest I could find was $461 at mac motors.
There was much more missing in the car that I told the lady I was not interested in. A trunk full of orange cones and the damage to the vehicle due to them spray painting it. I probably could of had them repaint the car! [emoji23]

It was a Govplanet auction. Never mentioned anything about a deductible. I just basically went on ebay, and found the missing parts and screenshotted and sent them the pictures and prices. They sent me a check. I almost didn't respond in time to the request but she was nice enough to follow...
I've had good luck with Govplanet and paying fair market for missing items. I bought a 2010 Crown Victoria Interceptor and it was missing radios and all switch panels that were in the pictures in the auction. Sent pictures of missing items plus photos from auction. Found prices for...
I purchased the trucklite 24v led bulb for the indicator and thought this was to be a non polarity bulb that solved this issue. The turn signals work now, its just I have no indicator light on my turn stalk. I've had nothing but issues with trucklite LED's. I got two sets of headlights that...
It's weird because the rear lights will flash with 24volt truck lite bulb in indicator. So I'm thinking it's an issue with the front headlights and turn signals. Everywhere I read said to use the truck light bulb for your indicator and would stop the flow of power back to the turn signals. I...
I installed front LED turn signals to match my back LED turn signals and they only work when I have the bulb removed from the turn signal indicator. I have even tried the trucklite bulb for the indicator and also swapped out the flasher unit to a solid state nartron box. I have gone back and...
I'm thinking they didn't put that much time into trying to start. I guess they will send you pictures of all the units. Only good thing is no additional auction fees.
