The a4's are air bagged have a cat and air condition a diff cab and spare tire mount thats air over hydro. Ride really smooth but have issues with the air bags
thats what you choose to do, again lots of people who run extreme trails dont want to trade off thier lower center of gravity for the ground clearence needed for lets say 42 in tires. But too each thier own. I personally know 2 inch springs ad a zero rate up front will allow 35 in BFG mud...
What do you do with the truck? for 35's and no trimming I would use 2 inch springs on the front and a ORD or other companys 1 inch zero rate that allows adjustment. Move the front axle forward 1inch and you shouldnt have any problems. For rear lift check out ORD www.offroaddesign.com 4 inch...
LOL its a HEMTT wrecker just tow everything offroad! Yeah I cant imagine the chase it will be to find the real right answer, I just see whoever you talk to saying A What???? lol
Maybe I wasnt detailed enough. For the 700r4 np205 combo you need a np205 from a th350. Most people sell thier existing th400 np205 combo as they are very popular with the offroad crowd. the brackets I have had great luck sourcing, but i could see where some parts of the country they might be...
no problem, thanks is more than enough. I really wished I could drive up there and go over the pig with you. I really think you will be amazed when you get her up and running
A properly built 700r4 will last a very long time behind a 6.2. You can get both front and rear gears a carrier and install kits for 300 bucks? please tell me your source as I will buy 3 sets?
But if you want to see if its purely your king pins causing your issue just slip 2 fender washers under each king pin cap. drive the truck a few days and if its cured thats your problem. But I do advise you check out the entire steering system.
I would suggest before buying anything you check all your parts, Ive seen tie rods cause death wobble. Unless you just want to rebuild the front then id do the king pins first
love your plans only thing id do diff is a nv45000 and leave the 4.56's lol the added cost of the 4500 would offset the regear and allow you even lower crawl and overdrive. I have been looking myself for a truck in my pricerange to do the same swap.
As far as your Death wobble, its not going to go away. It needs to be adressed it comes and hits at the worst times. I would inspect your front end componets very well get a friend to move your steering wheel with the truck off back and forth and check your tie rods and drag link, inspect your...
well let me explain first theres two things that could be leaking there the line to the injector or the injector itself. If its the line I would just simply retighten it slowly and see if it stops it if its the injector it might have a bad copper sealing washer but you could tighten it alittle...
