    Proven 6.2/6.5 power recipes.....

yes matched injectors are very important, I am still writing but I am kinda slow. I will warn people these motors are not cheap when it comes to huge increases in power. The most I have personally witnessed on a dyno was 302 hp from a 6.5. Also many people I feel want to increase power but do...

OK Guys I need to make a Decision... Built Turbo 6.2 or 4Bt swap on M1009

The swap IMO is not complicated, the 4bt will run as will the 6.2 sitting on the shop floor. If you found a 4bt that was connected to a th400 already your way ahead of the game. I personally would be more worried about your stock axles and the added TQ than anything but have seen people make...

6.2 with turbo build in progress

Lol I cant buy a EGT gauge for myself let alone anyone else. I simply tell people be careful when adding any fuel mod to a NA diesel engine things can get hot fast. Id hate to see anyone ruin thier motor. There are alot of tricks one can do 2 a 6.2 theres increased fueling by modding your...

OK Guys I need to make a Decision... Built Turbo 6.2 or 4Bt swap on M1009

depends what your looking for. A 4bt will go in very easily, and theres a ton of info on this. If you score one with the right brackets and bellhousing mount your in great shape. A 4bt can reliably put out 350hp to the rear wheels and get decent mileage. A 6.2 can run very well and gets great...

Well just show me dyno numbers, balance and blueprint the motor, I have built many gas motors as well. I look forward to your dyno numbers. As anyone who can pioneer things I respect. A few questions do you have a EGT gauge? I would like to see your EGT numbers with your dyno runs. As well...

6.2 with turbo build in progress

I have built many 6.2's with marine injectors as well as EDM injectors. Just show me some before and after dyno numbers and I will gladly agree with you. I am by far no expert but I have been deep into many diesel's and repairing them is my trade. But answer me this with all of this new fuel...

6.2 with turbo build in progress

Extremely nice build love the pics, and glad to see your doing it right. Do you plan on head studs? while you have the motor out. I belive a good OEM rebuilt injector and turbo witha good fresh INj pump is the cure all, is it gonna be a drag motor no. But it has plenty of power gets great...

    Here's Your Proof!!! 37s on M1009

10 bolts arent recomended for 37's but you can make them live a long time. Not everyone has the funds to do all of thier mods at one time. I wheeled the snot out of a dana 44 14b FF combo for 2 years with 38's broke 4 axle stubs during that time, but I could get stubs for nothing hardly and a...
