Bravojmc, If you've ever had to re-furbish the Armored X-doors you'll find out that the bottom weather strip channels are hammered together so tight that the rubber weather strip is impossible to pull out.This is caused by taking the doors off and dropping them on the bottoms. Have replaced many door weather strips on armored doors. They tend to get hammered the most because of the weight of the doors crush the aluminum channel, making it impossible to remove the rubber strip. The tool I've found to work best is a bottle opener with a piece of 1/4" key stock inserted...

Also, your push/pull pins should be chained so they cant be taken or easily lost.

As 86humv said, your grill guard is not mounted correctly. I could take that off and be gone in 30 seconds. Bottom should be bolted and with castle nuts w/cotter pins. Also helps with the rubber cushions keeping it from rattling around.

Lionel, FYI.... I remove all the hardware, window tracks and all, save these items. I use 1-3'4" aluminum angle in place of the window tracks to stiffen the door and re-attach the latch linkage to. You can either bend a cap to cover the top or use a pair of aluminum angles with a 1/4" filler...

Do a search on this site. That subject has been rode hard and worn out. You might even find it quite humorous on some creative ways to transport Humvee's.
