    Air in fuel AGAIN

I just ran into the same issue with my second M1009. Sucking air somewhere in the filter base. After it sits a while I crank, it starts up them dies. Have to bleed the top bleeder a couple of times, getting a bunch of air. Once it pulses steady fuel, it will start. My other M1009 already...

    CUCV Diesel Swap

I use the 60G's with in the stock 24V system and they work great. The original ones were all swelled up when I removed them and I got REALLY lucky pulling the stuck one in the right rear!

CUCV's in Anchorage Welcome! That white one looks like it might be sweet but a bit pricy for me, that’s why I have not jumped on it. I have watched that ad for a couple of months now. Now for the bad news. The 1984 is no longer available, a buddy of mine bought it Friday afternoon, picked...

    Looking for alternator parts

LOL! I might find someone in charge inside and ask them what they plan to do with them and tell them my "position". Best case I convince them to turn them and and I get a chance at entire vehicles.

    Looking for alternator parts

I recently picked up an M1009 at a local auction that in some ways is in really good condition and some ways not so good. It looks like someone at some time was going to change it over to 12v. I need to make it back to "right", back to 10 20 standards. Anyways, the driver's side alternator is...
