Alright, who would know what exactly this guy is? from what i can tell besides being a light unit, its a 2.25 kw gen, seems awfully small for having a 2 cylinder motor.

Well, heres my account from the young kid. They have one still in use At Edwards AFB that they use to move stuff around the RV yard for the outdoor recreation office, and another at the horse stables for hay and whatnot, so they still are somewhat using them in the military! I just wish i had...
Ill try to get more pics up later tonight, I try not to breath to much of any chemical in, same with acetone. I work on Jets as a profession so i'm unfortunately exposed to more garbage that i cant even pronounce let alone spell. ALWAYS use a respirator, and if you dont have one, either dont do...
Thank you for the compliments, deuceswild i used acetone only because of a friend that told me acetone is better, i have no idea how true it is or what!! but the rustoleum flat oil based i have used in the past has all turned chalky after a while, perhaps a clearcoat would fix it... just an idea

I personally wouldnt worry to much about it, i also wouldnt bother going down to 15 psi unless ireally needed to.. But to get rid of all doubt use a clip on air chuck and stand in front of the truck
I looked through it didnt see much about border crossing itself just some people arguing about crossing with firearms legally.... and how much fuel costs/35mph/6weeks... to bad it didnt line up when i need to leave!
Thanks for the info, i just dont want any surprises entering or exiting the borders, from both times ive been through there, i havent had one issue, even traveling with guns and ammo!
