Hey guys, are there any requirements beyond a driver's license (Class-C) to legally drive an FMTV? I've got the itch but I don't want to scratch a deep hole!
I added power-steering to the Deuce a while back and the last time I drove it there were no issues. However, the other day, the steering wheel would only turn to the left and then to the right only enough to straighten the wheels. In essence, no right turns Clyde! I was pulling hard to turn...
Sorry for not adding a photo... I hope this helps in identify:

Does anybody know when the older style gauges (all four small gauges along the bottom) were phased out with the newer style gauge cluster (three on the bottom one in between Tach & Speedo)?
I've searched for a few minutes and couldn't find any information about this. I'm trying to use an IBIS Tek tow bar on my deuce. IIRC someone mentioned shaving a medium foot and opening up the 3/4" pin-hole on the end of the tow bar. Any other suggestions?
Obviously I can't speak on which show I'm referencing... I was just curious if what they offer, if they do, is a fair price or not. Thank you all for the input!
I was approached by a production company asking if I would consider renting them my M109a3 for a very popular television show. What would y'all suggest is "the going rate"?
Further thinking... I've used the green tire slime before on my ATV and lawn mower wheels. Would it be foolish to put a quart into each tire and drive it around for a while? Wouldn't that find it's way into the leak?!!?
I didn't think to measure them as I had no clue there was a diameter issue out there. They are installed already. The kicker is half the tires don't leak and half do!
