Just got a M1008 Pickup truck... Will RAPCO paint apply fine over the CARC paint if I just clean and sand it first, or do I need to do a primer.. If I use the rattle cans, how many cans would be required to do 1 coat for the entire pickup truck ?

YOu were correct - I replaced the relay with a brand new one, and the truck now starts right up !!! Changed the oil today, now just waiting for the title request to complete so I can register the truck. Now to investiigate why the Heat does not seem to work....
