Good call, I was able to tweak the fitting on the pump and cut out the bad section of hose and gain an inch of space. The fitting moved very easily. I’m still not sure why the fan is lower than the shroud, but this at least gets things going again over the holidays.

The kick down switch can only go in one hole set as the cutout for it is pretty snug to the housing. I ended up ended up bending the bracket it mounts to a bit to move the switch closer to the firewall + the flat section of the pedal rod and that did the trick. It was easier to tweak that...
