Got a set of aftermarket lugs for the wheels but they seem to be very tight. It's not damaging the studs but seem like it's not the right size.
The purchased lugs were 14mm x 1.5 threads (looked up the H1 specs and this was the size given).

If the 4l80e is in "limp mode", you will only get 1,2 and reverse. Limp mode are usually electronic related and it's not getting relevant sensor data. Hence to protect the transmission it will operate in those gears.
I knew about them from my hot rod days. Cool factor only for their stopping power not for show. Planning a Duramax/Allison in the future and wanted to learn more about it. Just think it would be a nice upgrade if I can find them for reasonable price.
