As the title says, I am getting no power from the batteries. They are charged. There are no headlights, blinkers or turning over. The gauges don't "come alive" when the key is turned on. There is NO power.
I am at a loss. Is there a fusible link somewhere I am missing? It is stuck at a convience...
My rear tires toe in majorly. I go through 2 sets of rear tires to one set of fronts (I believe is caused by the rear toe in). Does anyine know why it is so bad? Is it too long a spring? Is there an adjustment? Sorry if this is a stupid question I just can't figure this out on my own apparently...
The -10 says that an 8 bolt rim is for bias ply tires only. Can radials be safely used on these rims? I am not sure the reasoning behind only one type tire being able to be used for these rims.

When disconnecting the rear drive shaft is it imperative to make sure the disc goes back the same way. I assume this is a balancer disc. I am going to tow it and the rear 4 bolts seem to be the easiest detach point.

Is there a fuse panel or similar in these m998 trucks? My wiper didn't work so I tested and I couldnt find power but thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I ordered a new wiper motor. I got it in, hooked it up and it does not work either.
So back to my original question, is there a fuse...
Ok, I got my 1985 Hmmwv this weekend and as the previous owner had said it does not like to start cold. When the temps outside are cold you need ether to start it (first start only, it starts fine the rest of the day even if the truck temp is cold). He said when it is warm outside it starts...
