So I installed my new air tanks and replaced parts in dryer... fired her up and there is a large leak somewhere between the compressor and the tanks... FML
Quick question! I think it is very possible my air dryer is bad or has never been serviced... anyone know of a new dryer which doesn’t cost more than 400 which is as good as if not better? How hard it it to fix the old ones?
I have read the manual for my A3 and understand how to engage the front differential, I think. Is there a specific order in which which things must be done? I am afraid of messing something up.
So my A3 has the 14.5's and are pretty much dry rotted. Everyone says to get 395/85R20. I have been to I would need to replace the rim because of the bead being higher(?). They say it will work with original rims but really can't go off road. Can someone give me the full scoop in writing please?
I took her to a business who services CATs because I know so little and felt she needed a good look from a trained professional before I start trying to do things, was really a trip I wanted her to take anyway so I felt things had been better looked into
I purchased on December 22, know nothing about it and have done nothing... it is at a CAT shop now having all fluids and filters changed. The CAT mechanic did not know how to work on the motor as it was "too old". Recommended I take it to another CAT place.
