So, Ive messed up. I forgot to disconnect the battery while working on the dash and when I tried to turn it on it cranked for half a second and cut out really quick. Now theres no power to anything.
(No noise from glowplugs, wont crank, headlights, turnsignals, surgical light - everything)...
Merry day-after Christmas, Ill take a look at the grounds once Im back in town. And no I dont think it does it with the park lights, only when I pull the headlights on.
Thanks. As Im reading more and more I feel like Im in over my head. The previous owner had removed the wires for the gen 1 and 2 lights. Is that part of a 24v to 12v convo? Also Im missing allot of the parts the dash lights go in. Where could I find those? Lastly, one of the turn signal "wiring"...
Looking for how the gauges are supposed to go in, My 1010 came with Spaghetti behind the dash and aftermarket gauges. Hoping I can just get a used stock cluster and put it in. If anyone has pictures or diagrams of it thatd be great.
Hey guys. Ive been playing around in my m1010 and I notice these wires on the walls in the box there is 1 green and one red on one side seperated and two red together on the other. Wondering what they are for.
Also where is the best place to tap for power to 12v accessorys and how to do it...
I recently bought a M1010 (First Military Vehicle, Sooo freggin excited) I was wondering how one puts a radio in a military vehicle that doesn't have spot for one or its speakers. Could use any ideas!
